Adelina Torres Arreola serves as the Executive Director of the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance (NMAIA), leading one of New Mexico's premier automotive trade organizations dedicated to advancing the success of dealerships, transportation professionals, and automotive businesses throughout the state.
With more than a decade of experience in the automotive industry, Adelina began her career in floorplan financing before managing a branch operation in Houston, Texas. She returned to New Mexico in 2018 to join the association, where she quickly became a driving force behind member education, communications, government affairs, marketing, and business development. Her commitment to serving the industry, building meaningful relationships, and delivering innovative solutions ultimately led to her appointment as Executive Director.
Today, Adelina provides strategic leadership for the organization, overseeing operations, advocacy, education, workforce development, membership growth, and industry partnerships. Since assuming the role of Executive Director, she has led initiatives to modernize organizational operations, strengthen relationships with state and national partners, expand educational programming, and broaden the association's reach to better serve New Mexico's evolving automotive industry. Under her leadership, NMAIA continues to enhance member services while remaining committed to protecting, educating, and empowering automotive professionals across the state.
A graduate with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship, Adelina believes exceptional leadership begins with collaboration, accountability, communication, and most importantly trust. These principles guide her approach to building high-performing teams, cultivating strategic partnerships, and creating an organization where members, employees, and industry partners work together toward a common vision. Through innovation, advocacy, and education, she is committed to strengthening New Mexico's automotive industry for future generations.
As the first woman and youngest Executive Director in the organization's history, Adelina is honored to lead NMAIA into its next chapter. Her vision is to build the premier automotive trade association in the Southwest—one recognized for innovation, trusted advocacy, exceptional member value, and an unwavering commitment to the success of New Mexico's automotive industry.
Marti Lynn (King) Duran brings over 30 years of diverse experience in the automotive industry, including time with large franchise dealerships, independent lot ownership, and private MVD operations. Before joining the New Mexico Independent Auto Dealers Association as Chief Operating Officer, she served three years on the NMIADA Board of Directors.
Marti Lynn’s background in marketing and advertising, along with her deep understanding of dealership operations, fuels her strategic leadership. Her passion for the automotive world continues to drive her work in supporting and advocating for independent dealers and the automotive industry as a whole across New Mexico.

Victor is the Chief Technology Officer and longest-serving team member at the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, having been with the organization since 2013. Often described as a true jack of all trades, Victor has worn nearly every hat at the association—receptionist, title clerk, VRS support, IT guru, graphic designer, and Special Projects Director in addition to his CTO role. With industry experience dating back to 2009, including work with independent dealerships and private MVDs, Victor has had a front-row seat to many of the automotive industry’s biggest changes and evolutions. His adaptability, problem-solving skills, and deep institutional knowledge make him an indispensable part of NMAIA’s success.
Beyond technology and operations, Victor is equally passionate about art and history. He serves as Executive Director of the OT Circus Art Gallery and is a published, accomplished artist in his own right. Whether he’s leading special projects, exploring historical rabbit holes, or creating art that inspires, Victor brings both creativity and intellect to everything he does—making him one of NMAIA’s most dynamic and multifaceted leaders.
Katie is the Head Content Creator for the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, where she oversees content development, media production, and marketing for all NMAIA divisions and subsidiaries. She ensures the website stays current, creates course certificates, study content, and digital assets that support education, events, and member outreach. Strong-willed, diligent, accountable, and witty, Katie combines technical skill with creativity to drive NMAIA’s brand and digital presence.
Born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised across the state before moving to New Mexico in 2003, Katie joined NMAIA in April 2025 and quickly grew into her leadership role. Outside of work, she’s a full-time mom of two awesome girls and a fur baby, a professional photographer, a small business owner in the arts, and a pilot in training. She also enjoys exploring new tech developments just for fun, always bringing curiosity and creativity into everything she does.

Beau is the Office Administrative Assistant for the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, where she supports the team by assisting across multiple areas and stepping in wherever needed, including managing office errands and day-to-day operations. Luis is part of the Member Development Team at the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance (NMAIA). Born and raised into the automotive industry, Luis has built a lifelong passion for serving and supporting dealers across New Mexico. He is devoted to sharing his knowledge with others, helping members through education, sales, and services that contribute to the growth and success of independent dealers and the automotive community statewide.
Luis has managed a dealership since 2013 and proudly served on the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Independent Auto Dealers Association for eight years before joining NMAIA in September 2024. His experience and dedication make him a strong advocate for the industry and a valuable resource to members.
Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and coaching high school soccer at Atrisco Heritage.
Yadira serves as the Member Development Coordinator for the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance and has been with the organization for 11 years. During this time, she has been a vital player in creating, cultivating, and building strong relationships with NMAIA’s members, sponsors, and partners. As the executor of the sales process, Yadira manages activity from the first point of contact through membership and sponsorship sign-up, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and seamless. She engages with clients through calls, email, events, and in-person meetings, advising them on services and acting as a trusted liaison between dealers and internal departments.
Passionate about building relationships and driving results, Yadira works closely with the Chief Communications Officer to meet sales goals, develop outreach strategies, and support marketing initiatives for members. Her dedication, and ability to connect with people make her an integral part of NMAIA’s mission to strengthen New Mexico’s automotive industry. Outside of work, Yadira is deeply committed to her community, volunteering at her church where she has served as a catechism teacher. She also keeps busy cheering on her youngest son at his soccer games, balancing her professional life with her devotion to family and faith.
Gaby Vega is a Member Development Specialist with the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, known for her accuracy, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional customer service. With experience in MVD processes and surety bonds, she brings valuable industry knowledge and practical expertise to her role, helping members navigate complex requirements with confidence. Self-motivated, determined, empathetic, and reliable, she has earned the trust of colleagues and clients alike. Gaby’s cheerful personality makes her a joy to work with, and her ability to balance technical knowledge with a positive attitude ensures she’s a valuable member of the team.
Outside the office, Gaby enjoys walks in the bosque, dancing, cooking, baking, and discovering new hobbies to learn with her family. With her bubbly spirit, dependable nature, and dedication to serving others, Gaby brings both warmth and strength to NMAIA.

Vanesa is the Chief Productivity Officer for the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, where she manages organizational processes and oversees all aspects of people operations.
Originally from a small town south of Boston, Vanesa developed an early interest in structure and efficiency that later led her to the field of Human Resources. During college, she discovered her passion for the human side of business and has since built a career focused on balancing organizational needs with employee support.
Vanesa holds a degree in Human Resources Management and brings both practical expertise and a strong commitment to helping organizations and their people succeed.
With more than 20 years of experience across diverse industries, Vanesa has often been the “HR department of one,” building processes and systems from the ground up to help businesses grow while ensuring efficiency and compliance. Through these roles, she’s developed a reputation for balancing structure with empathy—always keeping people at the heart of the process.

Flora is one of our newest title clerks on the NMIADA team, joining in late 2019. She brings to her job 15 years of title work experience. Besides being a title clerk, Flora is a Notary Public and a VIN Inspector as well. She is bilingual, which is an asset when dealing with dealers and customers who prefer to speak in Spanish. Like our other title clerks, Flora reviews supporting paperwork for accuracy when trying to produce title work. She also inputs data into the tapestry system.
Flora is married and is raising 2 kids, a son and a daughter, as well as a German Shepard. She loves to travel and loves to taste and experience all sorts of new foods.

Kinlee serves as the Senior Quality Control Specialist for the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, where she takes great pride in ensuring accuracy and compliance in all Attorney General inspections. She is highly knowledgeable about the requirements of NMAC 12.2.14.11 AG 6% Prior Repaired Wreck Damage, and applies this expertise to review, correct, and deliver inspection reports to dealerships across New Mexico. Since beginning her career with NMAIA IN 2022, Kinlee has developed a reputation for being detail oriented, reliable, and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality.
In her role, Kinlee carefully digitizes, and quality checks inspection reports, ensures timely delivery to costumers, and provides the support needed for compliance across the dealer network. Known for her customer service skills and problem-solving mindset, she thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Outside of work, Kinlee is a master juggler- balancing her role with the joys of raising her baby girl and caring for her dog, while still finding time to enjoy camping and exploring nature.

Kaye has been with the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance since moving back to her home state in 2024. She plays a vital role not only as a Quality Control Specialist but also as a Commissioned Notary Public in the State of New Mexico. As a Quality Control Specialist, Kaye is highly knowledgeable about the requirements of NMAC 12.2.14.11 AG 6% Prior Repaired Wreck Damage, and applies this expertise to review, correct, and deliver inspection reports to dealerships across New Mexico. She takes great pride in providing accurate and compliant inspections to customers as deemed necessary by the Attorney General’s Office of New Mexico while also providing exceptional customer service.
She has worn many hats prior to finding her home with the NMAIA. Kaye is a proud U.S. Armed Forces Disabled Veteran. Having served 8 years in the Army with deployments to Afghanistan (Operation Enduring Freedom) and Iraq (Operation Iraqi Freedom) all before becoming a mom of three. She also graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale and was a Small Business Owner in Arizona running her bakery. Currently, in her free time she can be found enjoying the great outdoors either hiking or paddleboarding.

Michael Adamchek is one of the newest members of our Dealer Inspection Services (DIS) team, joining in December 2019. Michael brings over 15 years of body and paint work experience at different Albuquerque area body shops to the DIS team.
Like other members of our DIS team, Michael is responsible for conducting some of our 6% inspections. Those inspections include photographing vehicle, taking detailed notes pertaining to each vehicle inspected, and inputting that information into our computer base. Information that is available to our dealer at any time.
When Michael is not at work inspecting vehicles, he is raising a 4-year-old son.

Jessica is the Senior Lead Title Clerk with the New Mexico Automotive Industry Alliance, where she has proudly served for nine years. Born and raised in Albuquerque, she leads with dedication, precision, and a strong commitment to customer service. Jessica oversees the processing of titles and registrations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliability for both dealers and customers. Her attention to detail and ability to resolve challenges quickly make her a trusted resource and leader within the MVD team.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom of two “weirdo” kids as she jokingly calls them and a pack of beloved doggies who keep life lively. She’s also an avid reader, a horror fan with a special love for zombies, and a devoted Lady Gaga enthusiast. With her mix of expertise, leadership, and personality, Jessica plays a vital role in the success of NMAIA’s MVD operations.

As a sales professional for many years Shaun Brose excelled at assisting customers with purchasing their dream recreational vehicles. He loved it so much that 8 years ago he took the leap and purchased one of his own that his family has lived in full-time. For the last few years, they have traveled between Colorado, Wyoming, and now New Mexico. He recently changed career paths to become a Title Clerk for The MVD powered by NMAIA where he now assists clients with titles and registration.
As a Colorado native, Shaun moved to New Mexico 5 years ago. The pandemic put into perspective the importance of being near family, so he and his family moved to his wife’s hometown of Las Cruces to be closer to the people they love. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, and grandson. Together they love to fish, camp, and explore all that NM has to offer.
Shaun brings his passion for the outdoors and RV lifestyle to his new career at The MVD. He’s an expert in recreational vehicles and will work hard to make sure that yours is titled and registered appropriately.
