Bylaws & Policies
All nonprofit organizations need regulations that determine how they are governed. Bylaws are the legally binding rules that outline how the board of a nonprofit will operate.
The New Mexico Automobile Industry Alliance is a member-driven non-profit 501(c)6 Association. We are governed by our By-laws and Policies developed to ensure that the institution is accountable to its members and fully compliant with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
